Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
Basic contact details (name, email) and the project information you provide via our forms. Server and analytics logs may include IP address and user agent for security and performance.
Accounts and licence keys
If you create an account we store your email address, a display name taken from it, and the licence keys issued to you. You sign in with one-time links sent to that address; we don’t store passwords.
Our apps
When one of our apps checks its licence key it sends the key, the product, and a one-way hash of your Mac’s hardware identifier — never the identifier itself — and, optionally, your Mac’s name. We record which Macs a key is active on and when each last checked in, so you can see and remove them from your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your Stripe customer reference, your card’s brand and last four digits, and records of your purchases and subscriptions.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, issue and verify licence keys, process payments, improve our site, and ensure security. We do not sell your data.
Data retention & security
We keep account data until you ask us to delete it, and payment records for as long as tax law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected via industry-standard safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including deleting your account, its licence keys, and the Macs recorded against them. Reach us through the contact page.
