Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website, your account, the licence keys we issue for our apps, and inquiries sent through our contact forms. For project-specific terms, your statement of work controls.
Use of the site
Content is provided for general information. We may update the site or these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Accounts
You’re responsible for the email address you sign in with and for keeping access to it. We may suspend accounts used for abuse.
Licence keys
A licence key is for you and your own Macs. Free keys cost nothing and may be revoked if they are shared publicly or abused. Paid keys are licensed, not sold: one-time keys don’t expire, and subscription keys work while the subscription is active.
Payments & subscriptions
Prices are shown at checkout, which Stripe processes. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them from the billing page in your account; cancelling stops future charges, and the key stops working at the end of the paid period.
Our apps
Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where an app is open source, its own licence also applies to the source code.
